SPINDLE LUBRICATING MACHINE

 

  • Specially designed & developed Flushing gun for perfect cleaning & Oiling gun with auto oil level gauge system for exact required quantity of lubricating oil in spindle bolster.
  • Due to zero leakage, no oiliness around the bolster which also ensures no fly and fluf accumulation, thus keeping the spindle/ Ring Frame neat and clean too.

    FLUSHING GUN (CLEANING)

  • Fitted with S.S. nozzle assembly, which cleans the bolster from neck bearing to footstep bearing and the dirty oil will be sucked out efficiently which go to the flushing oil tank duly filtered twice by micro filter.

    LUBRICATING GUN ( OILING GUN )

  • Equipped with adjustable S.S. dual nozzle assembly and easily adjustable oil level gauge system to maintain automatic oil level uniformly with no overflow or leakage at all. The same gun can be used for oil topping facility.
  • Tanks : Three separate oil tanks provided for flushing tank 20 ltrs., Lubricating & topping tank 12 ltrs. Capacity each.
  • Tanks : Two tank model is also available. Flushing tank - 20 ltrs & Lubricating tank 12 ltrs. Capacity. Function of the flushing & lubricating is same as per above model.

ULTRA VIOLET TREATMENT MACHINE
  • Designed to reduce lapping on buffed top rollers in spinning department.
  • Most advanced system to control roller lapping ensuring consistency of yarn quality increasing productivity and life of the cots.
  • Equipped with 2 KW U.V. Lamp.
  • Roller rotating system during treatment for uniform surface treatment.
  • The treatment time is only 8 minutes per batch for complete irradiation.
  • Loading and unloading of cots is made without any accident.
  • Operation is controlled by automatic reset timer.

ECCENTRICITY & TAPER TESTER

(ELECTRICALLY OPERATED

  • It is designed to check eccentricity and taper of all kinds of top rollers like R/F, S/F, Draw Frame, Comber etc.
  • Fully motorized easy to operate for checking eccentricity of the top roller at any point with linear guide bearing.
  • Dial Indicators are fitted on adjustable stand to adjust height wise.
  • Also manually operated Model is available.
